NEW SAMPLE OF INTOLERANCE |
Those that fight for common welfare, Christmas
and new year, are favorable to meditate on the convulsed moments
happened in this 1999. But like I am a man of faith and Hope,
I believe that with God’s help we’ll be able to
continue ahead because we are still holding Their hand. I
omen them a year 2000 in which all your desires of happiness
and prosperity will be carried up. I’ll want in these
moments to save the distance that separates us, to narrow
it with a fraternal hug, wishing to you that the peace that
all of us, men of good will, desire anxiously, could be a
reality, nearer than that which we can imagine. Happiness
for this new millennium.
Oviedo, Lino
Message to be considered by the international
community, by the government of the United States of North
America, by the European Economic Community, by all the countries
that integrate the MERCOSUR and by all democrats in the world,
to advise the de facto Government of the Republic of Paraguay
that should summon to ruler’s elections as it is established
in the national constitution. Our newly arrived Democracy
became a democracy among quotation marks, with a government
lacking of genuineness that has arisen not by the free and
transparent popular elections, but by a questionable decision
of the Supreme Court of Justice that allowed to extend its
mandate until the year 2003. Those that govern my beloved
country at this moment, they have been able to be sustained
not by the popular support, but by means of agreements among
parts of the domes of some specific political parties, conforming
a Government that it is sarcastically call of "National
Unity", being sustained immorally in the allotment of
positions and undeserved benefits. This illegitimacy in the
origin of those who govern in Paraguay should finish and the
only legitimate way are the urns. Only in this way we will
be able to heal the wounds that wrongly has been caused to
our people. I make this petition to all international organizations,
to all democratic governments in general, so that they help
us to have legitimate rulers and that in the briefest term
it could be a beautiful reality, in my beloved land: Paraguay.
That GOD blesses us.
Oviedo, Lino Cesar
Take note about how great could be the
anger of those anti-oviesdists, surely motivated because in
the last days it has been so important the public clarification
given the international community and that it showed the true
plot, not only taken ahead to take out of circulation from
the political scene to all those who bothered their interests,
but also to take ahead this true political vengeance, that
now they seek to prohibit -like if it was a crime - the diffusion
of a message from Lino Oviedo.
Up to where it will arrive the desperation that in the inauguration
of a local of the UNACE (Union of Ethical’s Colorados), they
arrested to all those that met for that event (even children)
with the banal excuse that if it is diffused a recorded message
of the Leader of UNACE, Lino Cesar Oviedo, that would constitute
a crime."
The strange thing is that when being consulted the district
attorneys that intervened in the repression, RICARDO MELO and
DE VARGAS (son of the Senator), they didn't know how to define
if it would be crime the fact of diffusing a message. But though
on, go to jail...
What we have been able to check in this last time, is that of
one of the things that more the Paraguayan Justice suffers of
belonging professionals that at least they have read the codes...
"Dura lex est
lex" Take the books that they don't bite!
