They threaten to incriminate, in the lawsuit of the great homicide of Argaña, to Mrs. Raquel Marín de Oviedo.

The lack of genuineness of the coalition Government of Paraguay, it doesn’t threat just the incipient democracy impeding the increasing of economic activity and to combat the overlapped corruption, but rather it has also fallen in the vortex of hate and bitterness. These feelings, of which any Government so called democratic (as they pretend) it should stay immune, but regrettably ending in a merciless and ferocious persecution. With the same best style of the inquisition they have undertaken a true "hunt of witches" against their main political opponents and those who criticize the implanted system, having good profits of "the investigation" about Vice-president Argaña's murder and about of the lawsuit belonging the death of seven youths that were rioting in the square, during the month of March.
In judicial procedures that lack of common sense and legality, and with the government adherent media support, in an arbitrary way it have been processed, humiliated, detained and accused various persons, including legislators, governors, mayors, officials of the Armed Forces (oh, by chance!) all of them opponents to government's system and specially and by all meanings mainly to everyone so called "oviedists". All this unfolding it has been taked ahead on the base of accusations arrived by so many false witnesses that, now it is already very difficult to determine who says the truth.
Today a new intent of enslaving the rights of the citizens in those latitudes of the Republic of Paraguay, and maliciously to mobilize once again the international public opinion, it is the fact that, reliable sources have confirmed, that they would be working to incriminate into the lawsuit a new person that, of course anything has to do with it.
That person is Mrs. Raquel Marín de Oviedo, the wife of the Gen. (S.R.) Lino Cesar Oviedo. Which reasons would they argue? Supposedly, concealing of her husband...
We believe that this it hurts to those who are interested a lot and they have been added to the political persecution of their opponents and that they find unbearable that Mrs. Raquel Marín de Oviedo is defending her own family and showing to the whole world the reality that till now everybody ignore.
That’s why, from this page we notice and denounce, the next cruel, coward and unjust movement. Another new threat that those who want to remain silent to those that defend and that want that the Paraguayan people and the whole world hears them.
