This last weekend it has been abundant in crossed information.
The media, fundamentally those of Paraguay and Argentina.,
they have reflected the impact of the journalistic investigations
concerning this supposed "coup d’etat" and
the doubts on the plot of the great homicide of Dr. Argaña.
Obviously a sector of Paraguayan press, that answers to the
coalition government (this way it should be called, as it
has to be remembered that it has not been elected by the urns).
They have gone out into the fighting ring with a counterattack:
Again the oviedists seeks that the Dr. Argana was dead before
the terrorist attack. To sustain that argument, they reiterate
one and another time, almost their single and false defense.
They say that the Dr. Ballasai (doctor that made the autopsy
of the Dr. Argaña) has countless proofs that such thing
is wrong...
Why who takes the reins in defending that point so critical
it is who made, truthfully, the necropsy (wrongly called autopsy),
but simply as a practice title? Simply the operation. We know
that the responsible one of rending opinion, after evaluating
all the macro and microscopic analyses that such procedure
show,. it is the Forensic Medical Expert, as it is the way
specified at the Code of Procedure. Most of the media, as
well as the family Argaña and the "legal pseudo
experts" de the official investigation, they avoid systematically
to make any reference to the expert report that it was made
on the body of Dr. Argaña by Dr. Llano (godchild of
Argaña) and that as an Expert of the Judicial Power
of Paraguay they are those presented and attached in the cause
concerning the great homicide. The showy thing, if Dr. José
María Llano is named, is that it would remember to
the public opinion that at November 18th , 1999, the Superintendence
of the Supreme Court of Justice destitute Dr. José
María Llano, because of irregularities in the exercise
of their profession as assistant of the justice... But don't
move because now the best thing comes!
According to the arguments of the resolution, Dr. José
María Llano in two years carried out only 2 (two) autopsies
and he emitted 13 (thirteen) verdicts from 1900 cases that
he received in this time. Llano was denounced by almost all
the judges of the criminal jurisdiction who accused him of
getting used to arrive late to all the places where they had
fatal victims and never to carry out a meticulous work, according
to the magistrates.
In the person of Dr. Llano and according to these antecedents
it is that it was commended the autopsy and the verdict of,
maybe, the most important case in the criminal investigations
that has had Paraguay, that one of one of their Vice-presidents,
nothing else and anything less than that of a Great Homicide...
