The attack to custodian and chauffeur was brutal, with guns of high caliber and in a "professional" way, like usually paid gunmen tend to do: from the front and shooting to the head of the victims, to assure their death. What it strikes attention is that for shooting against Dr Argaña (against whom it would be expected to assure their mortal work), they did it with short arms but they didnÇt shoot, like they ugly usually tend to do, a mercy shot straight into victimÍs head. Was it an error, a mistake, or simply it was not so important for the supposed victimizers.

After the attempt, everyone who came to the place including Dr.ArgañaÍs own son, the Notary Nelson Argaña, nobody tried to help those wounded ones. Why?

Dr. Argaña Can be observed lying on the right side of the back seat in a surprising position because this was the place where the bullets were shot into the vehicle, without any sight of blood that could be seen.

That would be the confirmation of two witnesses (between them the Minister of Public Affairs and friend of Dr Argaña, named Icho Planas), that have declared of the extreme paleness and the liliaceous lips of the body of Dr. Argaña. Froma forensic point of view, that necropsy was done in an absolutely untidy and disorganized terms and forms; a proof of these is the fact that the organs as well as the clothes and other evidences of Dr. Argaña are currently under control of the Argaña family when they under the custody of the judge who is in charge of the case. Why did the autopsy is done over a litter of a private hospital instead in a special bed of the Institute of Legal Medicine specially knowing the importance of the case as it is that belonging the Vice President of Paraguay.
